Function Quality
"The goal is continuous learning to constantly increase quality, which creates value for both the business and the economy."
Function Quality's mission is to ensure that the program's working methods live up to the requirements set in the programme plan, and work systematically and deliberately with improvements. This is done by mapping all existing requirements, ensuring that there are planned working methods that are implemented correctly, and following up through audits internally and with contractors.
─ It's a lot about keeping track of how we do things - regarding things lika risks and what consequences they can have, and putting measures in place to deal with them. The goal is continuous learning to constantly increase quality, which gives valuable consequences in the form of a stable business with good financial conditions, says Fredrika Sjögren.

Constant business development
The challenges in quality work are to prioritise the right things with regard to time and budget frames, so as not to slow down progress but still not miss anything essential. Good quality work means constant business development, which entails many considerations and decisions.
─ My role is to guide, coordinate and follow up that we are on the right track and do not lose sight on anything. It is rewarding to be able to participate and build up quality work togehter with the organisation, because that is where the quality work itself takes place. In addition, it is fun to learn new things from colleagues with different special skills.
